Pay-television operator Digi Czech Republic has acquired rights for the Spanish Liga top football division.
The exclusive agreement will cover the remainder of the current 2015-16 season and the whole of the 2016-17 and 2017-18 campaigns.
The rights will be exploited in the Czech Republic on the Nová Digi TV channel.
The coverage will be included in the broadcaster’s basic subscription package, which costs about CZK299 (€11/$12.30) per month. Existing subscribers will be offered Liga coverage for free for a limited period.
