Sports and betting-related services company Sportradar has agreed a deal to stream live coverage of German football’s Bundesliga in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden in the Nordics, as well as Romania.
Sportradar will show coverage via the Laola1.tv streaming platform, effective from the next Bundesliga match day.
Fans can also access other content on the platform, such as highlights and video-on-demand programming. Laola1.tv is available across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
The launch comes on the back of a partnership between Sportradar and the MP & Silva agency. The two companies are now seeking to distribute this content to other third parties interested in carrying Bundesliga games and highlights in the five countries.
Sportradar took ownership of Laola1.tv in April 2016 when it acquired the shares and core business of the platform’s parent company, the Sportsman Media Group agency.
