Sportsfever360 seeks to refresh cricket coverage in Pakistan in Stats Perform deal

Sports data and AI technology company Stats Perform has reached an agreement with Sportsfever360, a sports management organisation in Pakistan, to deliver Opta cricket data through Sportsfever360’s technologies and in-country cricket offering.

Sportsfever360 will utilise Stats Perform’s Opta cricket data and insights through its broadcast, live streaming and online scoring production. This will include advanced analytics access for Pakistan national team games and domestic Twenty20 competition the Pakistan Super League.

Sohaib Irfan, chief executive of Sportsfever360, said: “Our partnership with Stats Perform will open up the new wave of data-driven solutions and insights not only for teams and their players, but also for media groups, publishers and content writers across the country.

“We believe our sports, particularly cricket, need more data and this partnership creates an exciting new offering for sports in Pakistan.”

Sportsfever360 joins Stats Perform’s Sports Partners Intelligence Network (SPIN). The organisation becomes the latest addition to SPIN after Stats Perform struck a similar deal this month with wTVision, a provider of real-time graphics, augmented reality solutions and playout automation.

Over the past month, Stats Perform has announced the appointment of Nancy Hensley as its chief product and marketing officer, secured additional content for the Watch&Bet streaming service that it offers to bookmakers worldwide, and lined up a joint international betting streaming and data rights deal for Brazilian football’s top two leagues.
