Soccer United Marketing, the media and marketing arm of North America’s Major League Soccer, has entered into a strategic partnership with London-based digital media company Copa90.
Under the deal, the two parties will collaborate on new content formats, including bilingual content focused on the Mexican national team, the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football’s Champions League and MLS itself.
As a preferred digital media partner, SUM and its commercial partners will now be able to utilise Copa90’s content studio.
“The growth of Major League Soccer has been absolutely astounding and Copa90 is firmly committed to building new audiences for the league and creating ground-breaking commercial solutions for SUM partners,” Tom Thirlwall, chief executive of Copa90, said, according to The Drum website.
