Surge of Saudi Pro League international TV deals secured by IMG

The IMG agency is understood to have secured deals with 36 broadcasters since coming on board to sell the international rights to the Saudi Professional League (SPL) in the wake of Cristiano Ronaldo’s arrival at Al-Nassr.

The SPL’s sole broadcast rights contract before Ronaldo’s high-profile addition was Saudi Sports Company’s domestic rights agreement that encompasses the whole Middle East and North Africa region.
