The International Paralympic Committee will stream live coverage of the global governing body’s 2013 Nordic Skiing World Championships via video-sharing website YouTube.
The action will be streamed on the governing body’s dedicated ParalympicSportTV channel on YouTube.
The coverage will be produced by Finnish company Videpe.
The event will run from February 25 to March 5 in Solleftea, Sweden.
“With nearly one year to go until the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games, live streaming the IPC Nordic Skiing World Championships provides us a great platform to increase awareness for the sport worldwide and raise the profile of some of the sport’s leading athletes by putting faces to names for viewers,” Craig Spence, the governing body’s director of communications and media, said.
