TV RIGHTS CLIPS 1: Euro 2008, Premier League, African leagues

Football: Indonesian media group Media Nusantara Citra, owner of free-to-air broadcasters RCTI, TPI and Global TV, acquired the rights for Euro 2008, paying between $11m (£5.4m/€7.5m) and $12m in a deal brokered by the Sportfive agency.  All 31 matches will be shown live on the free-to-air networks, as well as daily highlights.  The group will also show extensive coverage on its pay-television channel Indovision, as well as the internet, radio and MNC’s mobile platform Mobile8.
