UK public-service broadcaster the BBC has secured rights to the 2013 EuroHockey Nations Championship international hockey tournament.
The broadcaster will air all England, Scotland and Ireland games via its internet television service BBC iPlayer, its digital interactive Red Button service or on the BBC Sport website.
Sally Munday, chief executive of English hockey governing body England Hockey, said: “With the international teams on the up and hockey an ever-increasingly exciting sport to watch, mainstream coverage of top-level hockey is instrumental in helping us increase the visibility of the sport.”
The event, which will feature both male and female competitions, will be held in Belgium from August 17-25.
