UK pay-television broadcaster the BBC has struck a deal to provide coverage of Great Britain’s games during the EuroBasket Women 2015 national team basketball competition.
The BBC will broadcast live coverage of Great Britain’s first-round matches via its digital Red Button service and the BBC Sport website.
Sanctioned by the Fiba Europe division of basketball’s global governing body, Fiba, this year’s EuroBasket Women will take place in Hungary from June 11-28.
Great Britain will play four games during the opening stage of the tournament, beginning with a clash with Russia on June 12. Great Britain will also take on Latvia, Serbia and Croatia in the first round.
