BoxNation agrees commercial distribution deal ahead of Haye v Chisora

UK horse racing broadcaster Racing UK TV will distribute boxing pay-television channel BoxNation to UK pubs and clubs under a new deal between the two companies. The deal comes as BoxNation prepares for its biggest broadcast to date, the heavyweight fight between David Haye and Dereck Chisora in London on July 14.

The deal will see Racing UK manage and sell BoxNation’s new commercial subscription service.

BoxNation, owned by Boxing Channel Media, whose board members include leading UK promoter Frank Warren, shows live boxing from around the world.

Racing UK is a residential and commercial pay-television broadcaster, operated by Racecourse Media Group, a holding company which manages the media rights of 34 UK race courses. It has about 4,000 commercial subscribers.
