IMG has appointed Karen Brodkin as its new president of business affairs – a position in which she will oversee the agency’s worldwide business dealings.
TheWrap.com website said Brodkin joins IMG after serving as executive vice-president of business and legal affairs at the Fox Sports Media Group division of US network Fox.
While at Fox, Brodkin negotiated professional and collegiate media rights deals with several major sports leagues, including American football’s NFL, baseball’s MLB, basketball’s NBA, motor-racing organisation Nascar, ice hockey’s NHL and the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
