UK pay-television broadcaster BT Sport has acquired live rights to the 2015 edition of the British Darts Organisation’s World Professional Darts Championship.
BT Sport will share coverage with public-service broadcaster the BBC and air more than 35 hours from the tournament at the Lakeside Country Club in Surrey from January 3-11.
Stephen Bunting and Lisa Ashton are the defending champions of the respective BDO men’s and women’s titles.
