Michele Criscitiello has secured full control of Italia Sport Communication, parent company of digital terrestrial television broadcaster Sportitalia.
Criscitiello’s Micri Communication has acquired the 50-per-cent stake in ISC held by Gruppo GMH. This means that Micri now owns 100 per cent of ISC.
