Global sports streaming service and media company DAZN Group has struck an agreement to acquire subscription broadcaster and streaming platform Eleven Sports in a deal including digital content company Team Whistle.
The deal to acquire Eleven Group’s global sports media businesses augments DAZN’s sports rights portfolio in the likes of Belgium, Italy and Portugal, along with selected markets in Southeast Asia.
