Indian pay-television broadcaster DSport has secured rights to this year’s edition of the Badminton Asia Team Championships.
DSport will hold exclusive Indian rights to the tournament, which got underway yesterday (Tuesday) in Alor Setar, Malaysia. The event runs until February 11.
It marks the first time that DSport has broadcast a major badminton championship.
Nineteen Indian players are competing at the tournament, including Saina Nehwal (pictured) and PV Sindhu.
