International sports broadcaster Eleven Sports has struck a carriage deal with Belgian satellite platform TéléSat and Flemish satellite operator TV Vlaanderen.
From November 1, both the Eleven Sports 1 and Eleven Sports 2 channels will be available through the basic package of TéléSat and TV Vlaanderen. In addition, the broadcaster’s Eleven Sports 3 channel will be offered online via customers’ interactive satellite decoders.
This will be the seventh carriage deal in Belgium for Eleven. The broadcaster also has agreements in place with pay-television operators Proximus, Telenet and Voo, as well as IPTV company Scarlet TV and telcos Orange and SFR. The latest agreements mean Eleven Sports is now available in all Belgian homes.
Eleven broadcasts coverage of many major sporting events such as football’s Spanish LaLiga, Italian Serie A and French Ligue 1, the NFL and the Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial arts series.
