The Fox Sports division of US network Fox has acquired exclusive rights for events operated by Georgetown University’s department of intercollegiate athletics.
The length of the long-term agreement was not disclosed.
Fox Sports will become the exclusive sales and marketing representative on behalf of the university’s Hoyas teams.
The deal includes marketing as well as media rights.
Georgetown previously managed its multimedia rights in-house.
