France Télévisions attracts 7m peak audience for Six Nations drama

French public-service broadcaster France Télévisions benefitted from late drama during the France versus Wales Six Nations match on Saturday evening, attracting a peak audience of just over 7 million viewers.

The match in Paris, which kicked off at 9pm (CET), attracted an average audience of 6.13 million and took more than a 25-per-cent share of French TV viewership during that timeslot.
