FuboTV to expand with additional sports channels

US over-the-top streaming service fuboTV is to add more sports channels to its offering as part of broader expansion plans.

From January, subscribers will have access to channels such as FS1, operated by the Fox Sports division of US network Fox, and NBC Sports Network.

FuboTV will also offer NBA TV, the cable and satellite television broadcaster run by the North American basketball league, as well as a number of regional sports channels. Subscribers will also have access to a wider range of non-sports channels.

Aside from basketball on NBA TV, the channels carry coverage of sports such as baseball, boxing, cycling, golf, motorsports, rugby and tennis.

The expanded service will be available for $35 (€34) per month, up from the current price of $10.
