Hellenic Public Radio Television secures rights to Greek basketball giants

Greek agency TAF has agreed a deal with state broadcaster Hellenic Public Radio Television for the rights to the home games of Olympiacos and Panathinaikos during the 2013-14 season of the Greek Basket League basketball competition.

TAF has held the domestic and international rights to the two teams since 2010, with the games being broadcast by now defunct public-service broadcaster ERT through the 2012-13 season.

The 2013-14 GBL season begins on October 14 with a clash between Euroleague champion Olympiacos and reigning GBL title-holder Panathinaikos.
