US subscription video-on-demand service Hulu has secured a carriage deal with the CBS network.
Hulu will offer the likes of CBS alongside the CBS Sports Network pay-television channel, with the potential to add more channels in the future.
Subscribers can access CBS channels via Hulu’s new multi-channel live-streaming service, which is due to launch in the coming months. Customers will also be able to access a wide selection of CBS programming on-demand.
CBS’s leading sports programming, including American football league the NFL and the NCAA Division I men’s college basketball championship will also be offered on the new service.
The agreement comes after Hulu also recently struck similar carriage deals with media companies 21st Century Fox, Walt Disney and Time Warner.
