Ukrainian video-on-demand service Megogo has added the Spanish LaLiga to its portfolio of top-tier European club football league rights.
Terms of the exclusive rights deal were not disclosed, but Megogo has secured live and recorded rights to all matches from LaLiga, starting from the forthcoming 2018-19 season.
Additional video content concerning the league will also be presented to subscribers of the Optimal and Maximum packages.
Interest in LaLiga is set to be boosted in Ukraine following the summer move of 19-year-old goalkeeper Andriy Lunin (pictured) from Zorya Luhansk to Real Madrid.
In November, Megogo acquired rights to the German Bundesliga, French Ligue 1 and Italian Serie A club competitions.
