The English Premier League, the top division of football in the country, has awarded rights to pay-television broadcaster OTE in Greece and Turkish agency Saran Media.
The rights, covering all audiovisual platforms and all 380 games per season, will run for three seasons, from 2013-14 to 2015-16.
Saran is the incumbent Premier League rights-holder in Turkey.
OTE dislodged pay-television rival Nova as the rights-holder in Greece.
“With the addition of the top European football league, OTE now exclusively provides all leading football leagues in Europe, as our subscribers already enjoy the Spanish, Italian and German leagues, along with other significant championships from across the globe,” OTE group chief operating officer Zacharias Piperidis said.
