The Saran Media agency has secured the exclusive global media rights for the next three editions of the Istanbul Cup Women’s Tennis Association tournament.
The deal covers the 2014, 2015 and 2016 editions of the WTA event. Up to 30 matches from the competition will be broadcast in high-definition, with Saran Media’s full package covering all television platforms and devices across broadband and mobile.
Additionally, the agency said it will serve the requirements of betting companies and news stations.
The 2014 edition of the Istanbul Cup runs from July 13-20 at Koza World of Sports – a newly built tennis complex in the city – and will feature former world No.1 Caroline Wozniacki alongside rising stars Elina Svitolina, Donna Vekic and Elizavea Kulichkova.
