Pay-television broadcaster Sky Italia has submitted a request to Italy’s antitrust authority (AGCM) to overturn a ban on acquiring exclusive internet rights to sports properties, it has been reported.
The ban runs until May 21 but Sky has asked the AGCM to lift the restrictions early, according to the Il Sore 24 Ore newspaper.
