Sky’s existing NRL contract was due to expire at the end of the 2017 season, with the new deal set to run from 2018 to 2022.
Sky will hold the rights to broadcast all NRL matches live, along with panel shows from Australian rights-holder, pay-television broadcaster Fox Sports.
