The National Rugby League has granted permission for the New Zealand Warriors to extend their principal sponsorship deal with telco Vodafone following a long-running dispute between the franchise and the league.
In 2020, the NRL directed the Warriors to terminate its long-running sponsorship agreement with the company because of an exclusivity clause in its own sponsorship deal with rival telco Telstra.
