Francois Pellissier has been named as the new head of sports-rights acquisitions at French commercial broadcaster TF1.
Pellissier was previously vice-president of sports, short films and previews at the TF1 Production subsidiary of the company.
He has served in a number of sales, marketing and production roles at the company since joining the TF1 Publicité division in 1995.
