The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) is reported to have called on the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) to return the THB600m (€16.39m/$17.26m) the regulator contributed towards the acquisition of rights to the 2022 Fifa World Cup.
The NBTC board agreed unanimously today (Thursday), according to the Bangkok Post, to sue the SAT in the Central Administrative Court for enforcement of a refund, if it does not receive the funds in 15 days.
