Football: UK satellite operator British Sky Broadcasting will issue a tender document in March for the eight Premier League football matches it has to sublicense to rival broadcasters under the terms of an agreement with the European Commission and the league. Commercial broadcaster ITV is thought to be favourite for the rights, with possible competition from commercial broadcaster Five.
