The B4 Capital agency has agreed a deal with Italian state broadcaster Rai to distribute rights for Italy national football team home friendly matches in the Americas, the Middle East and North Africa.
The exclusive deal will run for three years, from 2015-16 to 2017-18.
The agreement includes Italy U-21 national team home matches.
In March, Rai extended a rights deal with the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) until 2018, which covers friendly games played by the national team and other properties, including friendly and competitive home matches played by the U-21 team.
The agreement included television, online and mobile rights, with Rai also granted exclusive global rights to home matches played by Italy’s national teams.
B4 already has global rights for the FIGC’s Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana domestic knockout club competitions and the Serie B second tier.
