UK public-service broadcaster the BBC has acquired rights for the 2014 RideLondon Women’s Grand Prix cycling event.
The BBC will show live coverage of the 1.3 mile event in a 60-minute programme.
The RideLondon GP is part of RideLondon, a London cycling festival that also features three other events in RideLondon FreeCycle, RideLondon-Surrey 100 and RideLondon-Surrey Classic.
The second edition of the RideLondon festival will take place on August 9-10.
