US pay-television broadcaster CBS Sports Network has acquired rights for motor-racing’s 2014 GT Series.
CBS Sports Network’s coverage will consist of same-day, ‘as-live’ broadcasts of all GT Sprint Series races. A subsequent repeat broadcast will also be shown.
CBS Sports Network will also broadcast a one-hour highlights programme on each race day.
Coverage will form part of the channel’s long-running CBS Sports Spectacular series.
The next round of the 2014 GT Series will take place at Silverstone in Great Britain across the weekend of May 24-25.
