Betradar, a division of sports and betting-related services company Sportradar, has struck a carriage deal with Spanish gaming operator Codere for its Live Channel service.
The deal will allow Live Channel – which shows live coverage of sporting events as well as betting odds and statistics – to be shown in 100 Codere outlets across Spain, before expanding to more of the company’s outlets in 2015.
Live Channel has rights for French football tournaments Ligue 1 and the Coupe de la Ligue, North American Major League Soccer, the Liga ACB Spanish basketball league and several men’s and women’s tennis tournaments.
Last month, Betradar struck a similar deal with German bookmaker Tipico, with the deal taking Live Channel into 200 outlets across the company before branching out into 1,000 more outlets in Austria, Belgium and Denmark at a later date.
