The Dentsu agency has agreed a five-year extension to its exclusive global media and marketing rights contract for all tournaments hosted by the East Asian Football Federation.
The fresh terms run from 2016 to 2021 and include internet rights.
All EAFF qualifying and youth tournaments are included alongside the East Asian Cup and the Women’s East Asian Cup.
Dentsu has been the EAFF’s exclusive marketing agent handling sponsorship and media sales since the federation was established in 2003. This renewal is the third contract inked by the two parties.
The EAFF’s 10 member associations include China, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Guam, Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia, Northern Mariana Islands and Chinese Taipei.
