Fox Sports Asia, the regional subsidiary of 21st Century Fox’s broadcast arm Fox International Channels, has extended its rights deal for the US Masters golf tournament.
The new deal will run through to 2016.
Fox Sports will continue to broadcast live coverage of the event in 18 countries across Asia. Highlights will also be broadcast on the Fox Sports News channel.
Viewers in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore will also have access to additional on-demand content via online authenticated platform Fox Sports Play and the Fox Sports Play application on their mobile device.
Subscribers to the Fox Sports Mobile service can also access live streaming of the tournament.
The 2014 Masters begins tomorrow (Thursday) at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.
