The International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation has signed a four-year extension to its media and marketing partnership with the Infront Sports & Media agency.
The new agreement runs until 2022, with Infront to continue managing the worldwide distribution of all media rights for the men’s and women’s IBSF World Cup and World Championships in both bobsleigh and skeleton.
Infront will also be responsible for all television production for World Cup and World Championship events, as well as the marketing of major sponsorship packages.
Infront first partnered with the IBSF 15 years ago. In 2014, the partnership was extended to include responsibility for media production for World Cups and World Championships.
IBSF president Ivo Ferriani said: “The past has shown that we are on the right track with this partnership. Therefore, we are very much looking forward to enhance our presence in media as well to set new horizons in marketing strategies.”
