Regional US pay-television broadcaster Fox Sports Florida has acquired rights for live coverage of games featuring the Orlando Magic NBA basketball team.
The length of the “multi-year” regional broadcast rights extension has not been revealed.
Fox Sports Florida will show 81 regular-season Magic games during the 2013-14 campaign, beginning with the team’s season-opening contest tomorrow (Tuesday) evening at the Indiana Pacers.
The channel, a division of US network Fox, will also show live pre- and post-game programming such as news conferences and player interviews.
Fox Sports Florida has been a broadcast partner of the team for 25 years.
