Austrian public-service broadcaster ORF has renewed an agreement with the Infront agency for rights to a number of major events operated by the International Ski Federation (FIS).
The deal with Infront, the exclusive media and marketing partner of the FIS, includes the 2023 and 2025 alpine, Nordic, snowboard, freestyle and freeski World Championships.
The agreement also covers all FIS alpine, cross-country, ski jumping, Nordic combined, snowboard, freestyle and freeski World Cup events managed by Infront until the 2025-26 season.
ORF’s current deal, signed in March 2015, covers rights to all disciplines of the 2019-20 and 2020-21 FIS World Cup and 2021 FIS World Championships.
The first event of the 2019-20 FIS Alpine World Cup season begins this weekend in Soelden, Austria.
