Pay-television broadcaster OTE has renewed an exclusive rights deal in Greece for the MotoGP motorcycling world championship.
The deal will run for three years, from 2015 to 2017.
OTE will show coverage of all grands prix, free practices and qualifying sessions, as well as the Moto2 and Moto3 categories on the OTE Sport channels. The broadcaster will also show the ‘Paddock Pass’ magazine programme and other highlights, previews and reviews.
OTE’s senior manager of sports channels, Dimosthenis Vassilopoulos, said that the broadcaster would broadcast live on site from 12 of the 18 races from next year.
OTE also has rights for the Formula One and World Rally Championship motor-racing series.
