Digital media company Perform has announced it will rebrand as DAZN Group, and split its operations into two separate entities: DAZN and Perform Content.
Simon Denyer, chief executive of Perform, will lead the newly-branded DAZN group, with Stuart Epstein arriving as the new chief financial officer. Current chief executive of DAZN James Rushton will become chief revenue officer of DAZN Group.
DAZN will continue to be the rights-holding company for the group, while Perform Content will focus on the group’s data, news, and video services. Both brands will have separate leadership but will report into DAZN Group, chaired by new recruit John Skipper.
Perform currently has strategic partnerships with the WTA, Fiba, Conmebol (with the IMG agency), Matchroom Boxing, NFL and EHF (with the Infront agency).
