O2 TV customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia will not receive access to the new Canal+ Sport channel, which holds rights in the countries to the English Premier League.
Canal+ Sport was set up by DTH and IPTV operator Skylink ahead of the start of the Premier League season last month. Skylink’s parent company M7 Group is owned by France-based Groupe Canal Plus following a takeover deal agreed in May 2019.
