DTH and IPTV operator Skylink is set to launch a new sports channel in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as it prepares to begin broadcasting English Premier League football matches from the 2022-23 season onwards.
Jaromír Glisník, a board member of Skylink’s parent company, M7 Group, said the new channel, entitled Canal+ Sport, will be mainly dedicated to broadcasting Premier League matches and will launch ahead of the start of the new season on August 6.
