Sony Pictures Networks (SPN) has confirmed the renewal of its exclusive linear television and digital rights in the Indian subcontinent for Uefa club competitions for the 2021-22 to 2023-24 cycle.
SportBusiness Media reported in September that the deal had been agreed at a lower rights fee than the previous cycle, in line with a recent trend of falling rights fees for European football properties in the market.
