Sports and betting-related services company Sportradar has agreed deals to deliver coverage of the European Volleyball Confederation’s (CEV) Champions League in more than 60 territories across Asia and Africa.
Sportradar has signed a multi-year agreement with the Eurosport Asia arm of international sports broadcaster Eurosport for exclusive coverage in Australia, as well as coverage in India and the Indian sub-continent, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea.
Sportradar has also expanded an existing agreement with African pay-television broadcaster Kwesé TV. The deal will cover 49 countries, including almost all of sub-Saharan Africa.
In 2007, the CEV secured a rights distribution partnership with the Sportsman Media Group. Sportradar has since acquired Sportsman and the new deals will extend the relationship with the CEV.
