Uefa, football’s European governing body, has today (Tuesday) launched a combined tender process for the provision of technical delivery services for broadcast sponsorship during coverage of its club and national teams competitions.
The tender includes the Uefa Champions League during the 2021-24 cycle, including the Uefa Super Cup matches in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Bidders will also be able to lodge offers for the next Champions League cycle, from 2024-25 to 2026-27.
The Uefa Nations League Finals in 2023 are also included in the tender, along with the 2024 European Championships. Qualified suppliers may also submit offers for the 2025 and 2027 editions of the Nations League Finals, along with Euro 2028.
Offers must be submitted by October 19.
Broadcast and sponsorship rights to Uefa’s club competitions are marketed by the Team Marketing agency, while the rights to Uefa national team competitions are sold by the CAA Eleven agency.
Uefa is responsible for overseeing the bid process during the combined tender and has invited companies to request the tender documents via email (BSPtender@uefa.ch).
The Nyon-based governing body yesterday (Monday) started the sales process for centralised broadcast rights to the Uefa Women’s Champions League from 2021-22 to 2024-25.
