Public-service broadcaster YLE and commercial and pay-television broadcaster MTV3 have agreed to share rights in Finland to next year's Fifa World Cup, to be held in Qatar.

The agreement is a sublicensing agreement, as YLE secured rights in Finland to the 2022 World Cup in 2018 after dealing directly with Fifa. MTV3 had provided competition to YLE during that rights auction.
