Real Madrid has agreed a deal to acquire a 25-per-cent stake in digital-terrestrial television service Net TV in a deal that will allow the Spanish top-tier Liga football club’s in-house channel, Real Madrid TV, to be available nationwide on a free-to-air platform, according to the AS newspaper.

Spanish agency Mediapro is planning to auction the next cycle of domestic rights to the Formula One motor racing championship on Monday, December 9, according to news website El Mundo.
