South African commercial broadcaster E.tv has acquired rights for this year’s edition of the annual Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge.
The mass-participation event, which takes place in and around Johannesburg in South Africa, will be staged on Sunday, November 18.
E.tv will provide live coverage of the event and show a one-hour highlights programme the following Sunday, November 25.
Monde Twala, the head of E.tv, said: “We feel honoured to be able to showcase one of the biggest sporting events in South Africa, particularly to viewers who have not had the privilege of experiencing this event before. We look forward to fostering a strong relationship with the Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge team for years to come.”
