Fifa urges broadcasters to ‘pay what women’s football deserves’ in World Cup deals

Fifa’s chief business officer, Romy Gai, has called on broadcasters to put forward rights offers reflective of the growing value of the women’s game, with world football’s governing body frustrated at how the sales process for the 2023 Women’s World Cup is proceeding.
